Madison founded Living Practice Yoga in January of 2021 around the time she was accepted to multiple Physical Therapy programs. She wanted to provide something to people that would improve not only their physical health, but also their mental and spiritual health. She opted to decline her positions in Physical Therapy programs and pursue a career in yoga and, hopefully, yoga therapy. By September 2021, she fulfilled her dream of having her own yoga studio.
My Story - Living Practice Yoga
At LPY, Madison aims to give her students a little bit of everything. She is extremely passionate about anatomy and begins each class with a short lesson on that day’s theme. She enjoys challenging participants and introducing them to things they have never tried before. But most importantly, she hopes to provide a space where people can truly relax, and can leave class more rested than when they arrived and feeling better physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Yoga, pranayama, meditation. In-person and online. Group classes and private sessions.
