In-gym  strength

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 
Times:  9am, 10am, 11am   Monday - Wednesday - Friday
              10am, 11am  Tuesday - Thursday
              8am             Saturday

Tele fitness - strength

Times: 8am   Monday, Wednesday, Friday
            6:30pm  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Tele fitness - Adaptive Yoga

Days:  Tuesday, Thursday
Time:  10am
Instructor:  Kim Isherwood

Adaptive Yoga is a joyful opportunity to move, breathe, and relax. It is a combination of yoga movements or positions, and it is adapted and accessible for all bodies and abilities.  The movements are combined with breath-work and guided meditation to foster strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Adaptive Yoga is for anyone and everyone!
