“To facilitate harmony, balance, and rhythm in lives affected by MS and other neurological challenges”.

Vision: “To develop a warm hearted community that encourages increasing participation in life”

MSforward gym is a community based organization that serves those that have been diagnosed with MS or a neurological condition and could benefit from a place for community and wellness. The gym has been an inspiration to those that attend live and virtually in motivating individuals to work towards improved health and well-being. The focus is to help those affected individuals fight back against the devastating effects of neurological disease and injury in keeping active as a search for a cure continues. The gym provides in person exercise sessions to approximately 120 persons with neurological impairment monthly. Multiple adaptive equipment options are available to meet needs for functional mobility and movement challenges. The gym also provides the following services virtually: exercise, cognitive stimulation classes, mental health wellness, and organized support partner opportunities.

MSforward, established in 2010, is a 501c3 community organization devoted to wellness. It has served over 700 individuals since the time of opening. The socialization component and the “family” atmosphere at the gym is tremendously beneficial to all those who enter through the doors. The relationships built in peer to peer encouragement and support are uniquely unmatched! Daryl Kucera ( founder / trainer ) and team have ethically and relentlessly operated and grown this nonprofit armed with the tools needed to understand the lives of those served.
